The door-to-door transit service is for all Kimberley residents and visitors.

Booking a Trip

To book a trip call 250-427-7400 on Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

If the dispatcher is not available at the time you called, please leave a message and someone will call you back to confirm your booking.

There are two types of service:

• One-time trips: please call at least 24 hours ahead for your reservation.



• Regular subscription trips. If you want to set up a regular trip, you need only call once to set it up, and the bus will be there to pick you up on a regular basis.

Cancelling a Trip

If your plans change, and you no longer need your reserved seat, please call 250-427-7400 as soon as possible so that the dispatcher can schedule a trip for someone else.

Fares: effective 1 April 2003

All passengers: $2.50 for a one-way trip within town or for Cranbrook trips. BC Bus Passes are not accepted.
