Health Connections: Creston Valley and Area Transit
is a partnership that provides you with transportation options and increases your
access to non-emergency medical appointments.
To take advantage of the transit
service, you must call to arrange your trip. Transit staff will let you know the
exact time of pick up.
When scheduling medical appointments with a doctor,
let the receptionist know that you will be using Health Connections. Although
medical appointments have priority, everyone is eligible to use this service if
space is available.
Please note, all scheduled arrival times are approximate and in Creston time.
Transit Service on Tuesdays and Thursdays
The bus will leave the Community Complex bus stop at 8:30 a.m.
you have mobility difficulties, special handyDART service will be available
between 8:00 to 8:30 a.m.
Cranbrook to Creston
The bus will leave
the Hospital at 2:55 p.m.
When you arrive in Cranbrook,
the bus driver will give you a business card with the bus phone number to call
when you are ready for pick up.
During your stay in Cranbrook,
you can use the Creston Shuttle service for $1.50 to travel to other locations.
Simply call the number on the business card.
During your visit to Cranbrook,
