VTC Class Schedule

The VTC fitness centre offers exercise classes such as yoga, pilates, total body conditioning and dance. Click here for the class schedule. Both Centres offer weights and cardio machines.

Orientation and Training

Consider asking the Fitness Coordinator to assist you to:

  • walk through an orientation session
  • establish fitness goals
  • develop a program to suit your needs
  • learn to train with weights and on cardio machines

Annual General Meeting

The BCTFALCS’s third Annual General Meeting was held on June 23, 2008 at 10:00am in the VTC Boardroom. About 25 members attended to hear the President’s Report, Financial Report and have various questions answered. Five nominees out of an eight-person candidate list were selected for the 2008-2009 Board of Directors. Elected for two-year terms were Marj Harding, Bob Jones, Roxanne Lypka, Denise Meyers and Randy Morrison. They join returning directors Eric Abraham, Steve Dion, Bruce Gray, Jim Pullan and Bruce Townsend. Margaret Melvin is the new BCT appointee to the Board.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to attend the meeting. Special thanks go to Denise Meyers and Bruce Townsend who set up a hearty selection of refreshments, including home-baked goods, crackers, cheese, cold-cuts, fresh fruit, coffee, juice and water.
